Secure Payment Processing Solution Delivered Through Partnership With PPI

DUBUQUE, IA--(Marketwire - May, 2010) -  Tri-Technical Systems, Inc., a leading developer of retail point-of-sale software, announces the integration of Point-2-Point Security from Payment Processing, Inc. with AIMsi point-of-sale software. To date, the PA-DSS validated solution with encrypted swipe has been deployed to 24 retail customers.

To ensure the merchant's POS system never handles clear text cardholder data, the solution integrates seamlessly with the PPI PayMover hosted payment service and utilizes Magtek's MagnaSafe technology using open standards technology to encrypt credit card track data within the reader. Encrypted track data is decrypted upon reaching PPI PayMover, which communicates with the processor in a secure manner and returns the transaction status to the POS.
