EFS Transportation Services and TCH Form Joint Venture
ATLANTA & OGDEN, Utah--()--First Data Corporation, a global leader in electronic commerce and payment processing, and Transportation Clearing House, TCH, a leading transportation payments organization today announced the two companies have completed their previously announced merger and created a joint venture company. First Data contributed its EFS Transportation Services business to the new venture with TCH. The joint venture creates a leading payment card provider to the transportation industry. No transaction terms were disclosed.
