NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) is moving the head of its U.S. operations, Eduardo Castro-Wright, to oversee its international e-commerce group and global sourcing operations, promoting Bill Simon to fill his place.
Castro-Wright, who will remain as vice chairman, will now oversee the retailer's California-based global e-commerce businesses and also handle global purchasing activities.
